Yes on AB 40: Stop Dangerous Ambulance Delays
Epic ambulance waiting times at hospital emergency rooms are crippling the 9-1-1 medical response system.
Ambulance "wall times" can often extend for hours, which threatens patient care and fast critical response.
Assembly Bill 40 (Rodriguez) will ensure faster critical response and better patient care, by getting ambulances out of ERs and back out on the streets.

But paramedics throughout the state are forced to stay with patients in ERs for sometimes hours on end waiting for the hospital to take in the patient.
