May 12: Welcome Barbeque
We’re kicking things off with our annual Welcome Barbeque—note the new location this year:
Sacramento Regional Fire Museum
3650 Industrial Boulevard, West Sacramento
5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
May 13: Conference Registration & Breakfast
Registration and breakfast will be held on the morning of the conference:
Location: The Citizen Hotel
Time: 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM
• Only one person per local needs to pick up the group’s name tags.
• Breakfast will be served during registration.
• The conference will be held in the Metropolitan Terrace on the 7th Floor.
• Seating begins at 8:30 AM; the conference will start promptly at 9:00 AM.

Legislator Meeting Scheduling Information
Please use this linked spreadsheet to find your local's legislators and schedule your meetings. Search the spreadsheet by local name and/or number, then use the sample scheduling email provided in the second tab to contact the listed scheduler for each legislator.
Meetings with legislators are recommended for the afternoon of the 13th, following the morning speaking program that is projected to end at approximately noon.
